The Plan

This diet works because it is built around the way your body intricately functions. Matt knows  body response and he knows nutrition. He has unparalleled ability to take the information given to him, blood work panels, DNA, client history and even client photographs, to develop a plan for weight loss. He was one of the few practitioners approved by Canada, after rigorous testing and proven results, to offer grants to clients that met their weight loss goals. Matt explains that we’re all different but in many ways we’re completely alike. Some people are able to process types of fats better than others, some can’t process them at all, some people require significant amount of carbs. It’s all dependent on the way God uniquely created You, but basic human body function is the same. If there are deficiencies, we find them and correct them with nutrition. Proper nutrition equals heath, a lean and fit physique, and clearer thinking and happiness.

When clients start seeing results in their health and losing weight and gaining muscle with minimum effort, they often become interested in knowing why this method works for them. It’s totally understandable because it is so different than what we have been taught. Society most commonly teaches that in order to be lean, fit and healthy, you must overexert the body with exercise, eat less carbs or eliminate carbs altogether, and cut calories. As you will see in this diet, this is simply not true and in most cases is actually harmful to the body.

First you choose the payment option that works best for your budget. The price of the first month includes the development of your diet, plus either one month of coaching, or three months of coaching. If possible, we recommend signing up for three months. Not only do you benefit from the discount, but we find that it really puts you in a frame of mind for commitment and success. You are after all, the greatest investment you have! 
Once you purchase your plan you will have access to our Members Only section on this website.  Instructions on what's needed to begin the process of building your diet can be found there. You will have health history forms to fill out, plus the option to email any current blood panels or DNA profiles that you already have available. If you don't have current bloodwork or a DNA , but you're interested in adding it to your diet, no need to worry. We can point you in the right direction. You can also just opt to wait until your phone consultation with Matt to discuss your options. However, if possible, it's optimal to have them before your consultation so Matt can review them ahead of time and discuss how he will create your plan based on the results. 
Why DNA or bloodwork?


Once you have submitted all your available information, we will email you to set up a phone appointment with Matt. This is included in your plan so need need to book and pay online. 
Your plan will then be built and your diet will begin, using the app, Whatsap. 

Correspondence with Matt, including diet changes, progress photos, food logs, etc., will be submitted via WhatsApp. 

This is our way of keeping information in one place, organized and easily accessible for review. Think of it like your medical file. 

You will still have access to The Members Only section on our website, where you can download forms, food logs, weights and measurement charts, and check out new recipes and more.

You will be expected to share your food log daily. This helps Matt verify that you are following the plan correctly, as your adjusting, but also makes it harder for you to make "off plan" choices. 
You will have weekly check ins. On these days you will submit your reports for the week, including weight and measurements and take photos that Matt will use to compare to your previous photos. He will often use these to help you see progress from the eye of a professional. Note- We never share your personal information or photos with anyone unless you have given us permission. 
Matt will review your information and make adjustments to your diet if necessary. He will answer questions for the week and make suggestions if needed. 
From then on things become routine, except your results get better and better! 


Audra is always available through WhatsApp for emotional support during this process. She has been in your shoes too and understands. You will have a support account as well as a diet account. You've built habits over a life time that will be tested and replaced with a better way. We want you to succeed! It always helps when you know you're not alone. She can share with you tips that she's learned along the way, as well as share with you recipes to make healthy taste great!
