I first started working with Matt about a year ago when I was struggling to fill out a weight class. I quickly found out Matt takes an all around approach to health, performance and body composition. I was surprised how quickly my body improved and how fast my performance jumped. When you are fighting to be the best in the world or trying to achieve weights that have never been done before every little thing counts. As a strongwoman we often take for granted the nutrition side of things and it’s nice to have Matt to keep me on track and want those wins as bad as I do.
